Cottage cheese dough is one of classical vegetable baits. It is not so difficult to make it. To do that, take some mealy cottage cheese and knead it with little water, adding honey into it. Bring it to a boil on low heat. Boil pouring small amounts of wheat flour into it until it reaches the required viscous consistency. Such fish species as carp and bream often bite cottage cheese dough.
