Silk Series CL-14 are classical one-bend fishing hooks produced by Simmons company. The hooks are made out of high carbon steel and provided with yellow-metal-like galvanic coating, protecting them from corrosion. The shape of Silk Series CL-14 hooks corresponds to that of the Limerick-type. The points of the hooks from this series are electrolytically sharpened. The point’s ends are slightly bent towards the shank, which lowers the probability, that the fish breaks off.
